First Class Mail - We provide 6 x 9 inch envelopes with Options 1, 2 & 3.  You may purchase additional extra postage at 20¢ each. Please be sure to always keep some extra postage on file with the bureau. These are used for mailings over 1 ounce. Please include or have us print enough mailing labels for the amount of postage you order. Labels should show your call sign, name, address and zip code.

Ordering Options
Effective May 1, 2008

  • OPTION 1 - $3.00: Gives you 5 envelopes each with a first-class stamp

  • OPTION 2 - $5.00: Gives you 5 envelopes each with a first-class stamp, plus 10 additional 17¢ stamps

  • OPTION 3 - $10.00: Gives you 12 envelopes each with a first-class stamp, plus 14 additional 17¢ stamps.

  • OPTION 4: Priority Mail Flat Rate … You can order either 1 Priority Envelope for $5.00 or 2 for $10.00. (NOTE: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for QSL managers or big DX'ers. If you receive over 1 pound of cards every three months choose this option. Includes Priority Mail flat rate envelope with Priority Mail postage attached. With this option we can put as many cards into the envelope as we like as long as the flap closes normally.)
