In order to receive QSL Cards from the WØ QSL Bureau you must have supplies on hand. The Bureau makes supplies available when you complete our Order Form.

The WØ QSL Bureau -

  • DOES NOT Accept Cash
  • DO NOT SEND envelopes
  • DO NOT SEND stamps
  • ONLY provides supplies based on your ORDER FORM which you must complete and mail to the Bureau with a check for the appropriate amount based on your completed order form.
Please make sure your ORDER contains -
  • Order ONLY .. OPTION 1, OPTION #2, OPTION #3 or ,OPTION #4 - PRIORITY MAIL FLAT RATE
  • SEND YOUR OWN ADDRESS labels .. or .. order them on the order form

When click on the link below our ORDER FORM will open in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Once open you will be able to click and type in the form to complete your order and the form will automatically compute your total charge.

Once the form is complete and you are satisfied PRINT two copies .. one to enclose with your check and one for your records.
